  Father Donald Keenan, C.P., St. Paul of the Cross Province (1915-1995)

Born September 10, 1915 in Malden, Massachusetts. He went to St. John's High School, Cambridge, Massachusetts and one year at Boston College before he went to Holy Cross Seminary, Dunkirk, New York. He professed his vows on August 15, 1936 and was ordained on February 27, 1943. During his assignments as a preacher of parish missions and renewals he lived in Dunkirk; Toronto, Canada; and Baltimore, Maryland. He was also a pastor. He was known as Uncle Don due to the fact that four of his nephews entered the Passionists. In 1975 he retired to the home of his family in Malden where he cared for his sister Anna.
