Cardinal Seán P. O'Malley, OFM, Cap. has announced the appointment of Father Albert H. Stankard from moderator of the team ministry at St. Stephen Parish in Framingham to member of the new team ministry at St. Stephen Parish in Framingham. The effective date of this action is June 3, 2008.
