At this time, I am honored to represent four men who are courageously seeking justice from the Charlotte Diocese for the traumatic injuries they sustained as children after being allegedly sexually abused by priests who served for decades within the Roman Catholic Diocese of Charlotte, and also served at parishes of the Diocese of Raleigh.  Two of my clients have claims of molestation by Father Joseph Kelleher and the other two have claims of molestation by Father Richard Farwell. Father Kelleher's has been indicted in Stanley County in connection with charges brought based on the allegations of one of my clients.  Father Farwell pled no contest after felony charges were reduced to a misdemeanor in Rowan County in 2004 in one of the cases involving a client of mine.

If anyone has information regarding any sexual misconduct by either of these priests or any other priests or employees of the Charlotte or Raleigh Diocese, I strongly encourage you to contact either law enforcement or my office immediately.  Locations at which they have served and/or resided since becoming a priest of a North Carolina diocese include the following:
