WORCESTER- Mary Jean of Leominster, leader of Worcester Voice, said yesterday she is setting up another meeting with Bishop Daniel P. Reilly to ask that he open all records of accused priests in the diocese.

She has requested the meeting, she said, but diocesan officials have not gotten back to her yet to set up a definite date. She made the same plea to the bishop at a February meeting. His answer was that he had turned over records on accused priests to District Attorney John J. Conte.

She also intends to ask the bishop for money to help run Worcester Voice, which is in the process of setting up as a nonprofit organization. Mrs. Jean, who founded the organization several months ago, said she has volunteered her time and with the exception of some contributions, has used her own money to keep the Web site operating.

Her latest call for an opening of the records comes at a time when both bishops are being deposed in a civil suit concerning allegations by Sime M. Braio of Shrewsbury. Mr. Braio alleges he was raped by Auxiliary Bishop George E. Rueger when he was 13. Bishop Rueger gave a deposition yesterday to lawyer Daniel J. Shea; a deposition is scheduled next week for Bishop Reilly. The diocese went to court this week in an attempt to block Bishop Reilly's deposition. Worcester Superior Court Judge Mary Lou Rupp ordered the deposition to go forward.
