	Two New Lawsuits Filed Fox 41 [Louisville KY] Downloaded May 13, 2003 Two new lawsuits claiming sexual abuse at the hands of priests were filed in Jefferson Circuit court today. One of the lawsuits is against Xaverian Brothers USA, which manages and operates several Catholic schools in Louisville, including St. Xavier High School. The plaintiff claims in the 1960's, a teacher at St. X known only as Brother Ernin, sexually abused her in a park across the street from the school. The other lawsuit was filed against the Archdiocese. The plaintiff in that case claims Louis Miller sexually abused her at a Knights of Columbus Christmas party in 1990. The 72 year old former priest pleaded guilty to nearly 50 counts of indecent or immoral practices with a child in March.
