	Tucson Catholic Priest Charged with Public Indecency KVOA [Tucson AZ] October 22, 2004 A priest in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Tucson is facing charges of public sexual indecency in a city park. Diocese officials confirmed Thursday the Reverend Francisco Nuñez has been on administrative leave since August. He was arrested by undercover officers in a Reid Park restroom on August 19th. The Diocese says 39-year-old Nuñez had been working at Blessed Kateri Tekakwitha Parish.. That's at 101 West 31st Street. Nunez was scheduled to be in court Friday afternoon.
