A local minister accused of having sex with a minor.
Jeffrey Nolte is charged with three counts of sexual abuse by a custodian, and one count of third-degree sexual assault.
The allegations involve a variety of acts, including intercourse, Nolte had with a minor under the age of 18 between 19-99 and 2003.
At the time of the alleged acts, Nolte was a minister of the Sand Hill United Methodist Church in Boaz.
The indictment also charges Nolte with use of obscene matter to seduce a minor.
Nolte declined our request for an on-camera interview.
