A Baptist pastor has been accused of sexually abusing two boys under the age of eleven. Thirty-nine-year-old David Troup leads the Borden Baptist Church in Woodhull, about 75 miles south of Rochester. He was arrested this weekend and charged with felony sexual abuse. State police did not say who filed the complaint, which said the abuse occurred in July 2005. Troup was arrested after a week-long investigation.
