Campaigner Florence Horsman-Hogan, who founded LOVE, said it was time for those who supported the religious orders to move on with their lives. Hogan created the group to promote a positive image of the clergy in children's homes, and she also claimed the State commission set up to compensate abuse victims was open to fraudulent claims.
