New York State Police say the sexual contact took place at the Borden Baptist church in Woodhull, where David Troup was the pastor. Troup was arrested back in October. A Steuben county grand jury handed up the indictments last week. The children were all younger than 13 years old. State police aren't sure what his status is at the church and the church's phone number is no longer in service. State Police say the abuse happened in 2005 and 2006.
