The law suit was filed in Duval County today. It's the second suit regarding the actions of Dr. Bob Gray, the former pastor charged with sexually molesting little girls years ago.

The new civil suit says Trinity did not protect Jane Doe #2. The alleged abuse in this case states that in 1976, Dr. Gray explained to Jane that the bible says people should love each other and show affection.

Dr. Gray then asked Jane to show him how much she loved him.

The suit also says Jane was abused again in 1979 during her baptism at Trinity. And that despite the church knew about Dr. Gray's threat to the safety of Jane and other minors because of his sexual propensities, they continued to provide Dr. Gray access to minors.

More than 20 woman and one man have come forward now saying Dr. Gray abused them and they told Trinity years ago, but the information was silenced.

A call to Trinity today went unanswered. As of this posting there is also no update or comment on their website.
