Another bankruptcy hearing is scheduled for next Wednesday in the San Diego Diocese sex abuse scandal.

Some of the San Diegans who filed lawsuits against the church held a vigil outside the court on Thursday. They said that they want to see priests held accountable for their alleged actions.

Earlier this week, the local diocese filed for bankruptcy protection. That action stopped the first sex abuse lawsuit from going to trial.
