Spokane, Wash. — last month we brought you the story of a catholic priest living in spokane who is being sued for child support. Now two men claiming to be the priest's sons want more than a million dollars.

The Jesuits want the judge to dismiss the case, claiming the men waited too long to sue. The judge is expected to rule on the hearing within the next two weeks.

Father Jacobson says he's not responsible for paying the child support because he took a vow of poverty. The Jesuits on the other hand, say they're not responsible for the individual actions of their members. The Jesuits also say they didn't know about his children. But a letter written in 1967 shows otherwise.

KHQ will bring you more details as we delve deeper into that deposition Thursday we'll tell you what else Father Jacobson said, including why he claims he had sex with those women.
