Jacksonville, Fl — A third civil suit has been filed against Trinity Baptist, a large church on Jacksonville's Westside.

The action concerns Bob Gray, the former pastor now charged with sexually molesting children years ago.

In the new suit, a woman called, "Jane Doe No. 3" says Dr. Gray fondled her under her dress and kissed her "all over her body" years ago as a little girl. Then, the suit says, Dr. Gray rewarded her with candy.

The civil action accuses Trinity of not protecting "Jane Doe No. 3." Now she lives in Mississippi.

"Jane Doe No. 3" is asking for a jury trial.

The suit was filed by Miami attorney, Adam Horowitz, the same lawyer who filed the first two civil suits against Trinity. Horowitz has told First Coast News the suits could be worth millions.

Trinity has declined comment.

Dr. Gray is scheduled to go to trial for criminal charges November 12th.
