Toronto police say the suspect was the subject of an undercover police investigation involving people who were allegedly downloading child pornography online. Adley Lobo, a Franciscan Brother, is charged with two counts of possession of child pornography. He is also facing one count each of making and distributing child porn. Lobo is affiliated with both St. Francis Friary in Caledon, and Toronto's St. Lawrence Martyr Church.
