	Pastor Sentenced on Sex Abuse Charges in Putnam County By Nicky Walters State Journal April 26, 2007 http://www.statejournal.com/story.cfm?func=viewstory&storyid=23136 Winfield — A judge on Thursday sentenced a Putnam County pastor who pleaded no contest to sexually abusing his 17-year-old cousin. Paul Casto, 63, was accused of taking sexual pictures of his cousin after forcing her to take her clothes off. Casto said the victim isn't telling the whole truth. "When a woman comes in your house and jerks her clothes off and asks you to take pictures of her," Casto said. "I was just stupid enough to do it." The victim said she'll forgive Casto, but she'll never forget. "He was the one that done wrong, not me," said the victim, Tara Barnett. "I do forgive, but I'll never forget what he done to me."
