A District 87 substitute teacher and youth sports coach has been charged with sexual abuse of a minor.
Bloomington police say 37-year-old James Love is charged with aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a victim ages 13 to 16 years old, and aggravated battery.
Police say love was a minister at Mount Pisgah Church, a substitute teacher at Bloomington Junior High School, and a youth sports coach.
Police say the alleged incident occurred at Love's home with a child he met through his coaching.
Love was arrested Thursday.
