Downtown Memphis, TN — Two years ago, the Catholic diocese promised to cooperate with investigators in prosecuting sexual abuse cases. Today an abuse victim says the Church isn't holding up its part of the bargain.

David Brown says a priest molested him in 1961. He came to terms with it almost 10 years ago. He says he's heard all kinds of excuses from the church and he's tired of hearing it.

"I want the buck to stop with the leadership. I want the truth. I want the transparancy to come out with the leadership —- not with a diocesan spokesman, not with an administrative pastor. I wanna hear from these men and I don't want to hear excuses," says Brown.
