Bloomington — A fourth boy has come forward to accuse a former substitute teacher in Twin City schools of molestation.

James C. Love, 37, was indicted by a McLean County grand jury Wednesday on one count of aggravated criminal sexual abuse and one count of aggravated battery.

The battery count accused Love of sedating the child before committing sexual abuse.

Love, who also serves as a minister at Mount Pisgah Baptist Church, Bloomington, has been in jail since last week, when he was charged with similar counts involving three other boys.

Prosecutors say the incidents took place within the past five weeks at Love's home.

All the boys are teenagers, according to court records.

Love was recognized during the 2006 Martin Luther King Jr. Awards Banquet for his efforts to mentor youth.

He must post $30,000 to be released.

He scheduled to be arraigned on all counts on Friday.
