Trice Richmond Times-Dispatch May 22, 2007 http://www.inrich.com/cva/ric/news.apx.-content-articles-RTD-2007-05-22-0124.html Louisa -- Authorities yesterday handcuffed and jailed a Catholic priest accused of stealing as much as $1 million from two Louisa County churches and then violating the terms of his bail. A judge revoked the bond for the Rev. Rodney L. Rodis yesterday for leaving the state to visit a sick child who lived with him and a woman he told neighbors was his wife. Rodis' lawyer, John R. Maus, argued at the hearing that his client's incarceration will ham- per his efforts to return money to the churches he led.
