	Priest Accused of Molesting Third Boy By Leasa Conze KOLD [Tucson] May 25, 2007 http://www.kold.com/Global/story.asp?S=6566981&nav=14RT A catholic priest who served at a church on the northwest side during the 1980's is accused of molesting a third boy. The Reverent Gary Underwood had previously been accused of molesting two boys at St. Odilia's Church, at 7570 N. Paseo del Norte. The new indictment accuses the Reverend of both molestation and sexual conduct of a boy under 15 in 1985 and 1986. On May 1 he pleaded not guilty to the newest charges and he's scheduled to reappear in court July 10. Under the Tucson Catholic Diocese policy on allegations of child abuse, the 53-year old is currently suspended from the priesthood. He is currently serving as a chaplain with the Archdiocese of the Military Services, most recently at Barksdale Air Force Base in Shreveport, Louisiana, according to the diocesan directory.
