Saturday, August 25, 2007 — A federal bankruptcy judge has ordered the immediate jury trials in 42 sexual abuse lawsuits against the Roman Catholic Diocese of San Diego.

Friday's ruling is a major victory for about 150 alleged sex abuse victims. Paul Livingston joined KUSI to speak about the subject as a member of the San Diego chapter of SNAP, the "Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests."
