A federal court jury convicted a former accountant at the Cleveland Catholic Diocese of paying kickbacks to the church's former chief financial officer.

Anton Zgoznik

Anton Zgoznik, 40, of Kirtland Hills, was charged with multiple counts of conspiracy, money laundering, mail fraud and obstruction of justice.

The trial lasted over a month.
