	Exclusive Brethren Accused Named newstalkzb October 4, 2007 http://www.newstalkzb.co.nz/newsdetail1.asp?storyID=125357 The former senior member of the Exclusive Brethren church facing historical allegations of sexual abuse has lost an appeal for continued name suppression. Clive Petrie, 72, appeared in the Nelson District Court this morning. He faces six representative charges of indecent assault, and one of inducing an indecent act. The case is due to be called again on October 17 for legal argument.
