The sexual assault allegedly happened when the man was a priest at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Toronto. Since it allegedly occurred in 1966, the charges are historical - including rape, indecent assault on a female and buggery. Seventy-eight-year-old Français John O'Neill was arrested Friday.
