A trusted Catholic Church Deacon now under arrest, charged with 10 counts of incest in the 1960s and 70s.

Police are also concerned that 71-year-old Dan Stallings may have had inappropriate contact with children in the parish.
Stallings is a Deacon at St. John the Evangelist Church in Silver Spring, where he is active in the Catholic Youth Organization and has worked with children in other jobs over the years.
He is accused of an unlawful sexual relationship with a juvenile female family member in the 1960s and 70s, but the abuse allegedly took place outside of his ministry and off of church property.
