	'07 Fund Drive Nets Archdiocese $14.5m Boston Herald January 10, 2008 http://www.bostonherald.com/news/regional/general/view.bg?articleid=1065681&srvc=rss The Archdiocese of Boston surpassed its goal by half a million dollars when it raised $14.5 million during its 2007 annual fund drive. The 5 percent increase over the previous year is closer to the amount raised before the clergy sex abuse scandal. The annual campaign raised $17.2 million in 2000, but that dropped to $8.8 million in 2002 as details of the crisis were made public. Archdiocese officials say funds raised during the 2007 campaign were up from the 2006 total of $13.8 million.
