  Mondrowitz Extradition Process

Failed Messiah
January 21, 2008

Despite what you may have read elsewhere over the past few days, this is what the Avrohom Mondrowitz extradition process looks like from here out:

  1. Last Thursday, January 17 was the final extradition hearing in this round, so to speak.

  2. The judge will issue a decision on extradition in approximately one month. (The time frame is a very educated guess from a well-placed person in Israel. Still, it is only a guess.)

  3. When that decision is handed down, there will almost certainly be an appeal to the Supreme Court.

  4. That appeal process will take about one year. (Eight months at the least, much more than one year at the most.)

  5. Mondrowitz was ordered jailed until the end of these proceedings, but he can appeal that decision.

If this seems familiar to you, it should. I posted or linked to most of these details last week .
