In a decree published in the St. Louis Review Friday, Burke says the St. Stanislaus priest is guilty of breaking with the Catholic Church, its teachings, sacraments and governance. A ninth accusation is pending. The archbishop says that any baptized catholic who knowingly participates in Bozek's misconduct commits a serious sin. Burke has declared that Bozek should be removed from the priesthood.
