Another alleged sex-abuse victim of a former Sacramento priest has stepped forward.

Gabriela Enriquez, 26, claims she was repeatedly molested by Gerardo Beltran, who was recently arrested in Mexico. Enriquez — and other alleged Beltran victims — spoke at a press conference Tuesday outside St. Joseph's parish in Sacramento.

Enriquez says she was molested by Beltran at St. Joseph's Church from 1989 to 1991. She was an 8-year-old altar server at the church.

"She's speaking now because she wants to facilitate his extradition," said Joseph George, Enriquez's attorney.

Beltran fled the country 17 years ago after allegations he abused two young girls. He has been living in Mexico, where he reportedly has been serving as a priest. Beltran, 50, was arrested March 14 and will soon be extradited to the United States.
