Reverend Donald McGuire, 77, faces three counts of child molestation, one count of providing obscene material to minors, and one count of indecent exposure.

He's accused of molesting two brothers from the Phoenix area between 1988 and 2002.

McGuire has already been convicted in Wisconsin for molesting two boys and is also facing charges in Chicago.

Arizona and federal officials worked together and took the suspect, who was living in the Chicago suburb of Oak Lawn, into custody on Tuesday.

McGuire suffers from congestive heart failure and complained of chest pains at the time of his arrest.

He is in the hospital pending an extradition hearing.
