A former minister from Livingston minister has been sentenced to 45 years behind bars for the sexual assault and rape of two young sisters.

Terrence Passmore, 49, was convicted in December of one count of sexual intercourse without consent and three counts of sexual assault.

The girls were 12 and 14 at the time of the assaults.

The sisters and their family attended the Livingston Church of God, where Passmore was a pastor.

Passmore could be eligible for parole after seven years if he completes sex offender treatment.
