	Former Pastor Gets 26 Years for Sex Crime Conviction By Josh Farley Kitsap Sun April 9, 2008 http://www.kitsapsun.com/news/2008/apr/09/harpersentencewebby/ A former South Kitsap pastor was sentenced this morning by Judge Jay B. Roof to 318 months in prison, or 26 and a half years, for molesting young female members of his congregation. Robbin Leeroy Harper, 60, was arrested and charged in November following detectives' interviews with 10 female victims who said they'd been raped, molested or both by the ex-pastor. In February he pleaded guilty to eight counts of sexual abuse. Harper was apologetic in his statements to the packed courthouse.
