POLICE are expected to question the church pastor accused of incest against his daughter in the north.

Divisional Crime Officer north Luke Rawalai said they would question the pastor this week as police round up investigation.

The pastor, who has been suspended from church duties, is believed to have had sex with his daughter between December 2006 to early 2007.

It is alleged that he threatened his daughter not to tell anyone.

The matter came to light when the victim shared the experience of what happened in 2006 at a church camp in Nadi last month to a staff at the camp.

The matter was reported to the Nadi Police station which referred the case to police in the North.

Last week, the crime scene where he was alleged to have had sex with his daughter was destroyed by fire and police suspect arson as the two-bedroom corrugated house is without electricity supply.

Damage to the house is estimated at $5000.
