On behalf of the Friends of Saint Casimir's Lithuanian Parish, we humbly welcome you! We are a small and vibrant parish that is nestled into a hillside in the heart of southern New England. It is here that our ancestors erected a beautiful church and established a community of believers over a century ago. For more than 114 years, our parish family has practiced its faith and served God through unique Lithuanian traditions.

Sadly, we recently learned that Bishop Robert McManus has acted upon the recommendation of a Diocesan Pastoral Planning Committee. He has chosen to close our church and merge our parish family with another nearby parish. This news was first announced on Saturday, May 17, 2008.

This site has been established in an effort to share news with family, friends and the world as we organize to appeal the Bishop's decision and safeguard our parish. This site is full of valuable information. Please take some time to explore our history. View our calendar of events, including our liturgical schedules. Meet the pastoral staff of the parish, and experience the ministries that our church supports. Follow the latest news as it affects our parish family and view our archive of correspondence. Obtain useful contact information. Most importantly, join our parish family as a member, a supporter, or both. Though most of us reside in Worcester, Massachusetts, we know no boundaries. We come from near and far to serve the Lord as He intended. Thus, we extend this invitation to you: please join our family and support our cause. Thank you, and God bless!

Abraham said, "Oh may the Lord not be angry, for I shall speak only this once; suppose but ten are found there?"

And He said, "I will not destroy it on account of the ten" (Genesis 18:32).
