James Janssen, 84, left the Scott County Jail Thursday morning. The bond on the three charges was $5,000. He completed a 180-day sentence for contempt of court on Tuesday. The attorney Janssen indicated he would hire to represent him, Michael McCarthy, could not be reached for comment.
