	Pastor Faces More Charges By Cody Thorn Neosho Daily News August 6, 2008 http://www.neoshodailynews.com/news/x1045342576/Pastor-faces-more-charges Neosho, Mo. - New felony sex charges have been filed against a Newton County pastor who is already facing 12 charges against him in McDonald County Circuit Court. Randall “Danny” Russell, 50, pastor of the Acts II Church in Neosho, has been charged with six felony counts of possession of child pornography and two felony counts of sexual exploitation of a minor. The charges were filed by the Newton County Sheriff’s Department. The incidents took place on April 29. At 10 a.m. Aug. 18, a pre-trial hearing is scheduled for Russell on eight counts of statutory sodomy, two counts of child molestation, and one count each of statutory rape and child abuse for allegedly molesting underage girls from his church, as previously reported in the Neosho Daily News. The pre-trial hearing is being held in McDonald County on a change of venue from Newton County.
