The district attorney's office said Jeremiah Scott, 26, used to work at the North Coast Christian School in Hammond, which is near Astoria. He also served as a youth pastor in Warrenton. Warrenton police arrested Scott on Aug. 1 on several charges, including third-degree rape and sodomy.
