Denver County Magistrate Judge Paul Quinn, 67, has filed a lawsuit against the Diocese of Wilmington and Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Delaware alleging that he was abused by a priest at age 15, according to the Associated Press.

Quinn alleges he was abused at his aunt's home in Delaware in 1956 by the Rev. Eugene Clarahan. Quinn's complaint said he has suffered a lifetime of depression and anxiety treated by decades of therapy and medication.

Former Wilmington Bishop Michael Saltarelli described Clarahan, now deceased, as a substantiated child abuser.

Quinn's attorneys said his case was the 22nd filed against the Wilmington Diocese and the first against Corpus Christi.
