PUEBLO, Colo. (AP) - Attorneys say they have reached a $4 million settlement for 23 men who claim they were sexually abused when they attended a Catholic high school in Pueblo.

Details of the settlement are to be announced Thursday in Pueblo by attorneys Jeffrey M. Herman and Adam D. Horowitz of Miami.

Herman and Horowitz represent men who sued the Diocese of Pueblo and the Marianists religious order, alleging they were sexually abused by a former Marianist brother and teacher at Roncalli High School.

Roncalli was an all-boys high school owned by the diocese and staffed by the Marianists. It closed in 1971.
