Video testimony which has never been seen before, detailing a scandal with a former Milwaukee Catholic archbishop, will be released today.

The testimony involves the case of now-retired Archbishop Rembert Weakland and a former Marquette student who accuses him of sexual assault.

Lawyers conducted a deposition in the case this past summer, and the public will now hear the testimony from that case.

SNAP, the Survivors Network of Those Abused by Priests, is releasing the video.

The group claims the video gives details of 25 years of sex crimes by priests.

Weakland has publicly apologized for his connection to the case, but he says it was never abuse.
