	Former Priest Arrested after Being on the Run By Karla Ronquillo KOLD November 18, 2008 http://www.kold.com/Global/story.asp?S=9370078 Video - Former priest arrested after being on the run United States Marshals tracked down a former Phoenix priest and registered sex offender, who disappeared while on probation. Marshals arrested Wilputte Sherwood Sunday in San Francisco. Sherwood spent ten years in prison for molesting young boys in the Phoenix area. He was released in 2003 and placed on lifetime probation as a sex offender. But Sherwood vanished in 2005. Prosecutors say Sherwood admitted to molesting at least 22 minors. He is awaiting extradition to Phoenix.
