A judge today decided not to revoke the probation of a former priest who is a sex offender, after what the priest calls a "misunderstanding" about sex offender classes he was supposed to attend.

Daniel Clark pleaded guilty earlier this year to the sexual abuse of two Bullitt County boys. As a condition of his probation, Clark was supposed to stay active in a sex offender program. But he didn't. Clark explained he thought he had not been accepted into the sex offender program, and therefore stopped attending meetings.

Clark also agreed earlier this year to register as a sex offender, as long as he lives in Kentucky.
