Kochi, Tuesday, December 16, 2008: The Ernakulam Chief Judicial Magistrate extended the remand of three main accused in the Sister Abhaya murder case to December 29th.

Meanwhile, the Kerala High Court will continue to hear the bail plea of accused Father Thomas Kottur, Father Jose Puthrukkayil and Sister Sephi.
However, the CBI counsel will continue to oppose the bail of the accused in the High Court.
The CBI will also submit an interim progress report related to the case before Chief Judicial magistrate.
