	Ex-Pastor Gets 90 Years for Molestations Daily Breeze January 6, 2008 http://www.dailybreeze.com/ci_11385119 [with audio] SANTA ANA - A former pastor of Anaheim's Faith in Action Church was sentenced today to 90 years in prison after pleading guilty to molesting four girls and a boy who attended the church, an official said. Raul Rosas Hernandez, 44, of Stanton, pleaded guilty to 34 felony counts, said Farrah Emami of the Orange County District Attorney's Office. Hernandez pleaded guilty to 22 counts of lewd acts upon a child under 14; three counts of forcible lewd acts on a child under 14, four counts of lewd acts on a child; one count of unlawful sexual intercourse; one count of rape; two counts of distributing pornography to a minor, one count of failure to appear in court while out on bail and sentencing enhancements for substantial sexual conduct with a child and committing forcible lewd acts, Emami said. The acts occurred at the church and Hernandez's home, Emami said. Between Feb. 3, 2001, and Feb. 2, 2003, Hernandez sexually assaulted Jane Doe No. 1 on two occasions in his home by rubbing her chest and grabbing her buttocks when the victim was 12 to 13 years old, Emami said. Jane Doe No. 2, who was then 12 to 13 years old, was molested between May 23, 1996 and May 22, 1998. He covered her mouth with one hand and put his other hand down her pants to touch her vagina, as well as forcibly touching her breasts on the skin on multiple occasions, Emami said. Then 10-year-old John Doe was molested twice in Hernandez' office and once in his Anaheim home. Hernandez removed the victim's pants and rubbed his penis against the victim's buttocks, touched the victim's penis and asked sexually explicit questions, Emami said. Between Aug. 14, 1997 and Feb. 13, 2006, Hernandez repeatedly sexually assaulted Jane Doe No. 3 when she was 7 to 15 years old by digitally penetrating and orally copulating her when they were in his home, Emami said. Jane Doe No. 4 was digitally penetrated, orally copulated and forced to have sexual intercourse in his office. Hernandez also videotaped sexual acts in his church office, Emami said. The case came to the attention of authorities in June 2007, after Jane Doe No. 3 confided in a family member about years of sexual assault. Jane Doe 4 was contacted by investigators after being identified as the victim in Hernandez's sex tape, Emami said. In May, 2006, Hernandez jumped bail after learning he was facing a possible life sentence but was captured in Redlands. He had tried to raise money to escape to Mexico, Emami said.
