The Diocese of Charleston reached a settlement in a class-action lawsuit on January with victims of sexual abuse in 2007. The settlement paid a total of $10 million to sex abuse victims, their spouses and parents. The lawsuit filed Monday came after the South Carolina Supreme Court refused to hear a similar case claiming collusion.
