The 40-year-old man told police he used the Internet to find the images. Bagert faces a maximum statutory sentence of 10 years in prison, a $250,000 fine and a lifetime of supervised release. The McKinney police department said it is investigating allegations of an inappropriate relationship between a 17-year-old female student and a school resource officer who has been placed on administrative leave. WOULD-BE ATM THIEF BULLDOZES THROUGH WALGREENS

Dallas police said a man used a bulldozer to smash his way to a store's ATM -- but he also buried the machine in hundreds of pounds of debris. Police said the man stole the bulldozer early Tuesday morning from a nearby construction site, hit two cars on the way to an Oak Cliff Walgreens and used it to plow into the store. But the would-be thief walked away empty-handed -- the ATM he had his eye on was covered with 500 pounds of debris. Click here to read this story on NBCDFW.com.
