ST. PAUL, Minn. - An advocacy group has filed a lawsuit against Cretin-Derham Hall on behalf of a victim who was allegedly sexually assaulted by one of the clergymen while he was a student in the 70s.

Brother Raymond Rose is accused of sexually assaulting the victim only referred to as John Doe 128.

The advocacy group is charging the school for fraud.

They say the school allegedly hired Rose, knowing he has had a history of sexual misconduct. Rose is believed to have moved around the county, often changing his name with each transfer. One former student says she remembers Rose being odd.

Rose worked at Cretin-Derham Hall between 1970 and 1971. They did not say why he left the school.

Rose has never been convicted of any charges.
