W.T.F. are we negotiate with pedophiles now? It's May 2009. I am in New York. In Ireland where I was born the government has just released a 2,600-page report "Commission to Inquire into Child Abuse". A report dealing with the sexual and physical and mental abuse of children's who were taken from destitute families and placed under the care of nuns and catholic brothers.

Two weeks ago I was sitting at a dinner party discussing the movie Doubt. I was the only one was willing to stand up for the priests innocence. I endured some mocking for that stance. If that dinner party happened again I would not come to the defense of the priest; it's not that I still don't believe the priest was a good man. It's now after this report I simply don't believe he worked for organization that can be defended.

I no longer care. I imagine this is how the Irish people will deal with the Catholic Church they will ignore them into irrelevancy. A fate they have brought upon themselves. The Irish have stood by the Catholic Church since 500ad. It's been a long marriage. But even a long marriage can only withstand so many betrayals.

For years the citizens of Ireland have been pummeled with Catholic Church scandals of all stripes financial, sexual, and theological. What has changed in Ireland over the last 15 years is not or the behavior of the Catholic Church. What has changed are the people of Ireland.

I cannot make it clear enough. It is not the behavior of the Catholic Church that has changed, they have always behaved scandalously. The Irish people have changed and now the outrages behaviors are visible to all. The Irish are no longer browbeaten, guilt ridden and isolated; under the direction of the very people indulging in the disgraceful behavior. Behavior that would make a brothel worker blush.

The Irish people now have an objective measure of what is wicked. There is no longer any need to go, cap in hand, to ask the priest or the Bishop what they should do. As a consequence, there is now a second authority that can say, "look you f**kers this is outrageous behavior stop it". And in 2009 they can do it without fear of reprisal.

Even at this late stage there are apologists for the Catholic Church. These people point the finger of blame at the congregation for not speaking out. I can only imagine that these are the same people who would turn red faced with some combination of embarrassment and anger if one of the sheep of the flock had in the past point the finger of blame at a member of the clergy for some wrongdoing. The fact that such apologists are blind to the irony expressed in their opinion simply gives a sounding to the depth of the brainwashing the Irish people have had to extract themselves from.

It is becoming clear that the Catholic Church, wherever else it might be, is without a doubt an organized group of men engage in pedophilia and in hiding pedophiles.

This particular pope as worked for the last 20 years covering up child sexual abuse by priests all over the world.

Please see the documentary

Crisis in the Irish Catholic Church it's on YouTube.

If the pope were the head of any other organization he would be arrest. If he ever set foot outside his little country, the Vatican, he would be handcuffed charged with at least 3 crimes, endangering minors, harboring pedophiles and obstructing justice. He would then be put in prison to await trial.

I wish the Irish people the wherewithal to say enough already you f**kers get out.

The Catholic Church has betrayed the Irish people. They are a disgrace, they should pack one bag and leave, heads bowed in shame, keeping their apologies to themselves. The Catholic Church has nothing to offer the Irish people except their property, money and the quiet exit.
