WESTMINSTER, Colo. - A longtime Boy Scouts leader faces allegations that he molested two young boys a decade ago.
Westminster Police arrested James Gordon McLees, 58, Tuesday on charges of sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust and sexual assault on a child with a pattern of abuse.
Authorities say he was active in church organizations as well as being involved in the Boy Scouts of America throughout the Denver metro area over the last ten years.
No other details were released.
McLee was in custody at the Jefferson County Detention Facility on a $50,000 bond.
